Broome to Perth Adventure (18+)

RECONFIRMATION: Unless otherwise stated, Adventure Tours Australia REQUIRE all customers to ‘reconfirm’ their booking at least 48hrs prior to departure. YOU SHOULD BRING: Head torch is necessary, Wide brimmed hat, Sunscreen, Insect repellent, Water bottle (1.5 litres), Walking shoes/boots plus water/reef shoes for swimming holes, Sleeping bag (if you prefer to use your own), Toiletries, Swim wear, Towel, Camera, Comfortable and casual clothing for ten days, Soft bag or backpack (maximum 15kg) plus a small day pack for inside the vehicle (max 10kg), You may also wish to bring a power bank to charge your mobile phone

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: Travellers with special dietary requirements or food allergies are required to advise us at the time of booking. You may be asked to pay for any additional food if you have not advised us of any special dietary requirements. Due to the often-remote nature of our trips, food is basic but plentiful and delicious. The following dietary needs can be easily catered for. Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Dairy Free (soy available), Pork Free. Please bring your own staples (nuts, bars, snacks) if you require a diet differing from the above.

ACCOMMODATION: Camping (with facilities) (3 nights), Hostel (6 nights)

To participate in this trip, you must be prepared to assist with preparing meals, cleaning dishes, collecting firewood, setting up and packing up camp every day, in all conditions.

Please note that standard accommodation on this trip is: 5 nights multishare accommodation with shared facilities, 4 nights camping. There are no upgrade rooms available on this trip and due to the multishare accommodation the minimum age for this trip is 18 Basix accommodation on the West Coast consists of multishare accommodation and simple permanent tents when camping. You will need to bring your own sleeping bag or pre-purchase one from us for the nights spent camping. Please also provide your own pillow if you wish. Multishare accommodation may be in mixed sex dorms.

PHYSICAL & MOBILITY REQUIREMENTS: This tour is only for fit and active people, who can hike 5-9kms a day over uneven terrain, often in high temperatures. Some hikes may require sections of walking/swimming through water. Temperatures can be extreme, very high during summer days and very cold during winter nights. The operator reserves the right to assess the fitness capability of passengers prior to tour departure. Tour is not suitable for children. There is a STRICT LUGGAGE LIMIT of 15kgs per person, in a backpack or soft bag.

You should consult your doctor for up-to-date medical travel information or for any necessary vaccinations before departure. We recommend that you carry a first aid kit as well as any personal medical requirements as they may not easily be obtained while travelling.

Our trips generally finish early evening. We recommend booking one night post accommodation in your end city and planning onward travel for the following day. We cannot accept responsibility for missed onward travel if we are delayed for some reason on the last day of travel.
